My race result is incorrect, how do I fix this?

Please head to the Results page on the event websites where you will find a link to our timing query form. This form will be sent directly through to ACTIVE network timing solutions. They will respond to you regarding the issue and will work to solve this in a timely manner.

I bought an iTaB when I registered, how do I get this?

The company that produce iTaBs will be sent your address, order details, and finisher time post event. They will then fulfil and post your order directly to you.

I didn’t buy my iTaB when I registered, can I still purchase one?

Yes, of course. Simply log back in to your registration at https://myevents.active.com, find the correct event and click on ‘Purchase additional merchandise’.

 

Where can we purchase official race photos from the event?

Purchase your official photos from after the event for the marathon, 10k and children's races from Marathon-Photos.com.

They'll be set up on Race Day snapping your pictures on the course, ready for framing. Links to search and purchase your photos will be available on the Brighton Marathon Weekend website after the event.

 

I forgot to purchase a ‘Training For’ t-shirt in my registration – can I still buy one?

Yes, of course. Simply log back in to your registration at https://myevents.active.com, find the correct event and click on ‘Purchase additional merchandise’.

Can I still buy 2017 Brighton Marathon Weekend commemorative merchandise?

You can still purchase 2017 Brighton Marathon exclusive merchandise through our online store HERE.

Please note that stock is limited and if it is sold out we will not be getting any more of the displayed styles back in stock.

I lost something at the event

If you lost an item of clothing or in rare circumstances, your kit bag please contact us through the contact form and we will help reunite you with your item.

I didn't get the correct size finisher T Shirt
