DAWN BUOY // OFFICIAL PHYSIO

Dawn is a Chartered Physiotherapist, APPI Pilates Instructor and APPI Master Trainer. Dawn qualified as a physiotherapist from Kings College London in 2000 and began her career in the NHS, spending time most notably at Kings College Hospital London and Addenbrookes Cambridge where she also worked with the Cambridge University sports teams. She also has a Masters degree from Birmingham University and is a member of the specialist physiotherapy group the MACP.

NICK ANDERSON // OFFICIAL COACH

With over 25 years running experience, Nick is a graduate in Science & Management of Health & Fitness, a UKA level 4 endurance coach, a qualified nutritionist and sports therapy practitioner. Nick is currently an England Athletics flying coach & manages GB squads for at events such as the World Half Marathon Championships. Having coached hundreds of athletes from beginners through to olympians Nick is one of Europe’s most highly respected coaches.

NICK MORGAN // OFFICAL NUTRITIONIST

Endurance competitor Nick has a unique insight from elite sport, performance environments and leading brands with a practical background in nutrition and has provided a range of nutrition consultancy services and packages over the past five years. He has worked with individuals, athletes, teams, corporate organisations, charities and brands to deliver bespoke performance nutrition consultancy services. Nick has worked as the Performance Nutritionist with Hull FC and Newcastle Falcons, as well as Head of Sport Science at the Soto Tennis Academy.
