I've been injured / not feeling well etc., should I still participate?

Leading up to event day, one of the bravest decisions any one has to make is not to run or ride if they have been unwell. If you find yourself in this dilemma, no matter how hard you have trained, despite how much money you have raised in sponsorship or how much you have been looking forward to the event, it is essential for your own health and safety and indeed for that of others, that you do not take part if you are unwell or unfit in any way.
You must not attend the event if you are displaying symptoms for COVID-19 or have displayed symptoms for COVID-19 in the last 14 days leading up to the event. Symptoms include:
1. A high temperature
2. A new, continuous cough
3. A loss or change to your sense of smell
If you develop symptoms within 14 days of attending the event you must notify us.
