You understand that participating in this event is potentially hazardous, and you should not enter and participate unless you are medically able and properly trained.
We recommend that you consult your doctor prior to undertaking training for a bike ride. It is your responsibility to make sure you are medically fit and capable of participating in the BM Ride. Where the event has to be cancelled, delayed, altered or postponed due to circumstances that were within our reasonable control, our entire liability in respect of any inconvenience, expenses, costs, losses or damages suffered by you as a result will be limited to the entry price you have paid to take part in the event.

BM Ride takes place immediately before the BM10k. In order not to disrupt the BM10k, riders are expected to maintain an average speed of 18km / 11miles per hour.
A sweep vehicle system will be in place to collect any riders who fall behind this time limit or otherwise cannot continue due to injury, fatigue, mechanical failure, etc.
Only those who finish the BM Ride will be entitled to a Finisher’s Medal and bag. Please do not ask for more than one as marshals have been instructed to only issue one per person and your receiving more than one will deny another Finisher from receiving one or more of these items.
