Will there be a Park & Ride service?
We provide a Park & Ride service for participants and their accompanying spectators. More information is available here.
What is the minimum age for participants?
We CANNOT make any exceptions to our minimum ages listed below. The minimum age for the Brighton Marathon is 18 on race day. The minimum age for the BM10k is 17 on race day. The minimum age for the BM Ride is 14 on race day. Mini Mile participants must be aged between 7 and 17 on race day. Any participants under the age of 18 will need to gain permission by a parent or guardian via the registration form.
What if I can’t collect my Race Pack?
You can nominate someone else to collect your Race Pack such as a friend or family member. More information available here.
I’ve misplaced my confirmation email. Can I get another one?
Send Race Roster an email and request another copy of your confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can wait until Monday 28th March 2022, when we will be re-sending all confirmation emails.
I didn’t buy an iTaB when I registered, can I still purchase one?
Yes, of course, simply head here. You will be asked for your confirmation number so make sure you have that to hand or email Race Roster here. You will only be able to log back in to purchase up until Friday 25th March at 5pm, after which you will need to speak directly with iTaB in order to purchase this here.
I bought an iTaB when I registered, how do I get this?
The company that produce iTaBs will be sent your address, order details, and finisher time post event. They will then fulfil and post your order directly to you.
How do I change my personal details? (address/email/phone number)
You can change most of your personal details on your account by accessing your account here. Once logged in, please select the drop down in the top right corner, and then ‘Participant Dashboard’, from here you can update your details.
How do I change my estimated finish time/start corral?
There is no need to update this on your registration. You will be able to choose your starting race corral when you collect your Race Pack. This will give you the chance to change your start time according to the time you think you will take once you have completed your training. It will also allow you to start with your friends or training partners.
How do I apply for the Brighton Marathon Fast Start?
To be considered for the Fast Start, you must select ‘Under 3:15’ as your estimated finish time. You will then be prompted to enter a qualifying time (sub 1:30 for a half marathon; sub 3:20 for a marathon, achieved since the 1st January 2019). You will be contacted in March to confirm your start allocation. You can change your estimated finish time up until the 1st March 2022 by accessing your account here. Once logged in, please select the drop down in the top right corner, and then ‘Participant Dashboard’, from here you can update your details.
