Once the runners have picked up their finisher medal, they are directed into one of the corrals within the repatriation area. The colour of the race number will determine the corral your child is directed to. There are four colours per race. Parents: you must take note of the colour on the race number so that you know which corral your child will exit from at the finish of the race. The first, second and third placed runners will NOT exit through repatriation but will be taken straight to the stage area where they will receive their podium presentation. Please remain by the finish line area to greet your child if they cross the line in any of the top three positions.
Entries into the Mini Mile Races will open in the summer 2021.
The Mini Mile Races will take place on Saturday 11th September 2021 and the Mini Mile Village will open in Preston Park at 10:00am. Races start at 11.00am.
Unfortunately, Mini Mile places are non-deferrable.

We keep our participants up to date with regular emails and newsletters throughout the year. This will include vital information relating to race day so please do be sure to read them. If you unsubscribe, we cannot guarantee you will receive the most up to date information about the event. Please also keep an eye out on the website and follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Please seek advice directly from your GP regarding this matter, as The Brighton Marathon Team are not qualified to advise on this issue. You can also read through the medical advice on our website, complied by our Medical Director, this information can be found on our website and your Participant Instructions, which will be issued to you in the weeks preceding the event. If your GP would like to speak with a member of our team they are able to do so. The contact details can be found within the medical advice in the Participant Instructions. Please note that they will only respond to a registered health professional.

Please head to the results page where you will find a link to our timing query form. This form will be sent directly through to the timing provider. They will respond to you regarding the issue and will work to solve this in a timely manner.
Mini Mile terms and conditions will be available at the time of entry.
Mini Mile participants must be aged between 7 and 17 on race day. We CANNOT make any exceptions to the above. All participants will need to gain permission by a parent or guardian via the registration form.
We will have full medical care/treatment available to all participants at the start, along the route, and at the finish. Medical safety of the entrants is of paramount importance. Our medical cover will be provided by St John Ambulance combined with local paramedics, and a team of local paramedics, doctors and physiotherapists.
